[Book Tag] #FaeFriday: February 14th

faefriday

This Friday’s book tag comes to us from the lovely CaffeinatedFae. Creator of the tag and holder of the picture you see here.

This week on #FaeFriday, we’re talking about healing! Faeries are known for their healing abilities. It doesn’t matter if it’s a dying plant or a broken heart. The fair folk can help mend what is broken. So this week’s prompt is: What book helped you through a difficult time?

Wow, I love this prompt so much! Now I have resonated with a lot of books but I have had quite a few times where books have helped me out.

Below, I will list a few for you!

Maximum Ride by James Patterson helped me through most of high school. Ther entire series was a blessing to me and really helped me and my creativity. Same with Prince of Tennis but that is an anime and sadly doesn’t count

The Green Witch by Arin Murphy-Hiscock really helped me through my latest anxiety relapse. I turned to the study of witches, magic, nature and learning how to be a witch. At least dabbling in it, educating myself. Discovering incense and aromatherapy to help soothe my nerves was a blessing. I cannot thank this book enough for inspiring my during that time.

Honorary mention:

Cat Heaven when my first cat Sassy passed.

I’m editing this on my phone and the WordPress app sucks so PLEASE JOIN THIS TAG AND JUST SAY I TAGGED YOU! You know how it works 😘
